Kaval wins and NXT3 will be divas!

I’ve been quite looking forward to writing this blog since I watched NXT, main reason being, Kaval won! And I am very pleased.
Also they announced NXT season 3, but this season is going to be different from all others as this time it will be a completely Divas competition, as all the Rookies are Divas. Basically this will be a Diva search.

Before we get onto the new season lets look at the final episode of NXT2.
We had, as predicted, a Triple Threat Match between the remaining rookies. A good and reasonably lengthy match. Best performer of the match by far was Kaval, but Riley was the one to steal the win.
After the match Matt Stryker asked the eliminated rookies, who were sitting in the front row, who should win. None of them said Kaval most said Riley.
Riley was then eliminated first.
We then had Kaval and McGillicutty show there promo skills telling us why they are going to be the winner. Both did well on the microphone.
Matt then announced that Kaval was the winner. McGillicutty had some final words, saying he will still get into the WWE and that this is the beginning of the Genesis of McGillicutty.
As Kaval celebrated he was attacked by all the rookies from the season, the pros came to there aid but ended up being cleared from the ring. Alex Riley and McGillicutty joined the fight as the rookies focused on Kaval.
This segment was a bit of a mess. The pros ended up leaving the ring but not because of the rookies kicking them out of the ring, but because the refs came down and held them back. Also Alex Riley must have got confused on who he is meant to be attacking as he threw some moves on Percy Watson and chucked him from the ring.
Once the pros were out the way the rookies did some finishers to Kaval and left him down in the ring.
An interesting ending to the season, does this mean that the rookies are joining the Nexus? Or is this going to be a repeat storyline, will all the rookies team up as a team called Genesis being lead by McGillicutty? We will just have to wait and see but at the moment in my eyes it doesn’t look to promising.

Now threw out the night the Diva rookies and there pros were announced for NXT3, and we do have some very interesting and good looking rookie Divas, they all look like the type that’s going to be tough in the ring.

Here are our Diva rookies and there pros:

1. Pro: Kelly Kelly Rookie: Naomi
2. Pro: Alicia Fox Rookie: Maxine
3. Pro: Goldust Rookie: Aksana
4. Pro: The Bella Twins Rookie: Jamie
5. Pro: Primo Rookie: A.J Lee
6. Pro: Vickie Guerrero Rookie: Aloisia

Now all of these Rookies look like women that will be able to actually wrestle, all of them are well built and muscled up, in fact most of them look like they will be better in the ring than the Pros that will be “Coaching” them.

Now lets take a deeper look at these Diva Rookies.
First up is a woman called Naomi, a Black women with flexible skills and a muscle body yet of cores still looking like a lady. Her Pro is Kelly Kelly who is the most experienced Diva in this collection of Pros that they have selected but already Naomi is looking better than Kelly.
Maxine doesn’t stick out for me and I haven’t seen anything of her but she does already look an improvement on today’s Diva talent.
Aksana is a very attractive Lithuanian fitness model and body builder. Now she may look like a Barbie doll but she also looks like she could break your neck with her legs. Why she is being couched by Goldust is a mystery to me.
Jamie is the current ring announcer on NXT she is once again very attractive girl but not as Barbie doll as Aksana. She is also very well built but her two silicone fun bags look in disproportion to the rest of body. Once again she looks more like a wrestler than her low level pros the Bella Twins.
A.J Lee is a high level Diva from the FCW, WWE’s development programme. She was meant to be a new Diva on SmackDown! But it looks like they have knocked that idea on the head. She has the Pro of Primo. If you ask me Primo has just hit a new low in his career, from Unified Tag Champ all the way down to being a Pro for a Diva on NXT. Is he not good enough for a male rookie?
Lastly is an Amazon women. Aloisia is a 6’9 giant of a woman. As Chyna was the 9th wonder of the world this lady must be the 10th.
If you are reading this on my Blogger check out the picture I have provided, you can see the height of this woman compared to the other Diva rookies and although she is huge she still looks like a lady.
Her Pro is Vicki Guerrero. Now Vicki may not be a wrestler but she has shown great skill in managing superstars, such as Dolph, and Edge and even current co women’s Champs LayCool. This may be a strong plus to Aloisia.

Now is this going to be a good season focused on the wrestling ability of these girls or is it going to be one giant fashion contest where we just judge it on who looks the best? I am hoping for some actual wrestling but I am not going to get my hopes up.
